David Colon

November 27, 1971 — January 16, 2022

David Colon was born on November 27, 1971 to Ana  L. Albino and Isidoro Colon in Manhattan, New York.  He was raised in Ponce Puerto Rico.

At the age of 18 he moved to Camden, New Jersey.  David has 5 Sisters, Lillian, Wanda, Eveline, Theresa and Dora in which he truly loved.  He also has 6 brothers Herman, Henry, Junito, Isidoro, Jose and Roberto in which he had lost 4 and he also loved his brothers.  David was the baby of the family.  David has a son, little David from his first marriage and a grandson. David then re-married to Jennifer which they have 2 daughters Tonia and little Jennifer. David loved his family. Couldn’t anybody tell him anything when it came to his family.  He was the number 1 father, he was a great father, son, brother, and husband.

David’s favorite color was red.  He loved to sing and he had a voice of an angel. He also loved to play his instruments, the bass guitar and keyboard.  He was great at playing his instruments. David also loved to collect cars and he built houses. But nothing compared to the way he loved to sing!!  He also loved to scare his wife.  He always used to play like he was sleep, so when she came to check on him or try to wake him up,  he would not respond.  So when she got close to him, he would jump up or if not, he would wait for her to put her finger under his nose to see if he was breathing, and he would bite her finger.  He was always scaring her every time she fell asleep,  he would scream MA!  She would fall right off the couch.  He also got to scare his Mom. David was always playing.  David is loved by so many people and everybody loved him.  He will truly be missed.  He had a heart of Gold!

David leaves to cherish is memory, his Son, David; 2 daughters Tonia and little Jennifer, and grandson; his 5 Sisters, Lillian, Wanda, Eveline, Theresa and Dora; his  6 brothers Herman, Henry, Junito, Isidoro, Jose and Roberto.

He is predeceased by the 4 he had lost.
