Kevin Lawrence Williams, age 64, passed away at his home in Millville NJ on June 23, 2023 after a lengthy illness. Kevin was born on August 5, 1958 in Westville NJ to the late Floyd Reason and Geraldine Williams.
Kevin accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Met in Philadelphia PA as teenager. In high school, Kevin enjoyed playing sports and was a star athlete and Conference Champion in basketball, track and field and, football at both Clayton and Glassboro high schools and won multiple awards and metals. Kevin was devoted to his family and friends and would help whenever he was called upon. Kevin was trained by his father in the masonry trade and worked in construction for many years. Before his health started to fail him, Kevin worked for Sodexo at Rowan University in Glassboro NJ where you would find him always on the move working hard. Kevin's final church home was New Birth Family Church Inc. under the leadership of Pastor Bernard Bunn Jr. where it was his joy to serve wherever needed.
Preceding him in death was his beloved father Floyd Reason, sister Carolyn Parsons and brother Billy Williams a.k.a. Still Bill.
Left to mourn his passing are, his two sons Kevin Johnson of Philadelphia PA and Nolan Williams of Williamstown NJ, his mother, Geraldine Williams of Philadelphia PA, step-mom Rozella Reason of Glassboro NJ, brothers Keith Reason of Philadelphia PA, Donnie Williams of Paulsboro NJ, Sisters Mary Porter of Paulsboro NJ, Geraldine Coleman of Deptford NJ and LaTrail Graves (Sheldon Jr) of Glassboro NJ, three grandchildren, Sanaa, Kevin and Kyiesha, his Lady Love of 23 years, Renay Wright, devoted friends Timothy Ginyard, Leonus Rogers. Kevin also helped to raise; Courtney, Shameera, April and James and also was a special PopPop to Renee's grandchildren Nyasia, Amir, Summer, Syahir, Lvyonna, Ibn, Jaida and Nova and, leaves behind a host of family and friends.
