Johnnie Lee White was born August 31, 1942 in Keysville, Georgia. To the late Willie and Lily Mae White. He departed this life on February 15, 2022.
He grew up playing many sports. He was an All-Star National Basketball and Football player. He scored 60 points in one game. He was an avid 76er and Philadelphia Eagles Fan.
Johnnie was involved in carpentry, where he was engaged in building and making fine furniture. He worked at Bianca Brothers, and then he transferred to the body Repair Shop in Camden, NJ. He retired from King of Wheels (Collision Max) in Runnemede, New Jersey.
He enjoyed playing cards with his friends and his girlfriend Eva. She was his life companion. Johnnie was very meticulous in everything he did, i.e. cutting grass or building his furniture. Everybody loved him, and he was the life of the party. He was a great man, father, grandfather and friend. He loved his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Lily Mae and Willie White. His son Dennis Lee White.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his companion, Evadene Whittingham of 37 years; his son Jerry, six grandchildren, Jerry Jr, Quadira, Elijah, Kadeem, Tricia and Dominique; and three great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
