John Raymond Winchester, Jr. 64, was born May 31, 1958 to Alberta and John Raymond Winchester, Sr. After a brief illness, John quietly went on to be with his Heavenly Father on May 24, 2023.
John received his education in the Public Schools of New Jersey. He later worked for various Jobs, with last one being Amazon of Baltimore, Maryland where he lived.
John was united in marriage to Darlene Taylor Winchester in Annapolis, Maryland and later moved to Baltimore, Maryland until his death. John attended several churches in the Annapolis-Baltimore area. Being very active, John enjoyed listening to music, cooking, having family cookouts, and gardening. He whole- heartedly loved being with his Grandbabies and dressing to a “T” (sharp). He would not go anywhere without checking himself out in the mirror.
He was preceded in death by his Sister Christina Winchester.
He leaves fond memories to cherish and laughter to his wife, Darlene Winchester; two (2) daughters, Dionna Lyle, and ShaToyia Taylor; one (1) Son, Travon Taylor; sixteen (16) grandchildren Brionna Lyles, Siyanah Lyles and Je’Yonnie Lyles of Virginia; Kaeleigh Eldridge, Delonta’ Eldridge, DeOnz’e Eldridge and Kenslee Simms of Baltimore, Maryland, Domanic Taylor, Travon Taylor, Jr., Qwann Taylor, Bethany Taylor, Brionna Taylor and Anti Nise Taylor, Glen Burnie, Maryland; mother, Ms. Alberta Winchester and father Mr. John Winchester, Sr.; two (2) sisters Estella Williams (Michael), and Gwendolyn Winchester of New Jersey, four (4) sisters-in-law, Felecia Taylor (Shawn), Debra Taylor, Sharon Taylor and Michelle Taylor Parker (Travis); one (1) brother-in-law, Willie Taylor, Jr. of Maryland; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and devoted friend Carla Ridley of New Jersey.
