Ashley Gerald daughter of the late Edward Brown and Barbara Brown born at our Lady of Lourdes hospital on July 17, 1990.
She attended Camden high school and love to go out with her friends and family. Some of her best hobbies that she loved do was cooking and doing make up, especially with her 2 nieces to Tylia and Betty’e and loved listening to music like roll and roll, Black foot, XXXTentacion and Mary-Mary can’t give up now.
She was blessed to have beautiful children, her oldest son Jaheim Richards Mitchell and her daughter Jahmira Mona Smith. She loved her children deeply and worked extremely hard to provide for them.
Ashley was a funny giving energetic young lady who could brighten any room with her cheerful presence. She greeted everyone with her beautiful smile and open arms. She demonstrated compassion in so many selfless actions.
Ashley worked many jobs throughout her lifetime just to name a few Cooper hospital, McDonald’s, Save a Lot in Camden. She loved helping people get through difficult times.
She was a hands-on type of woman and enjoyed helping people and her favorite Niece Betty’e Sanders, she called her Tyshy. They used to love to do hair and make up together. She also love to dress her up and do her nails and shop together.
Ashley leaves behind to cherish in her memory Her mother Prophetess Barbara Brown, her children son Jaheim Richards Mitchell, daughter Jahmira Mona Smith brothers Charles Brown, Denzel Brown, Sister Ankiea Bond (Hakim husband), Latasha Gerald her nephew and niece's Tyrese Gerald, Ty’liya Gerald, Tyquan Matthews, Haven Brown, Khiry Brown, Betty’e Sanders, Na’zarya Brown, Tymire Gerald, Tyson Gerald, Tyler Gerald, Ty’Niya Bond, Milani Brown, Aunts Shirley Taplin, Rose Edwards, Dana, Vicky, Uncle Kiah and her three close friends Elisha Berry, Brittney David’s and Latesha David’s. A host of other relatives.
We are here to see Ashley off to the real beginning of life.
She will always be in our hearts forever loved.
