Ana Idalia Vega Colon

Ana Idalia Vega Colon was born on May 8, 1964 to Ana Colon and Aramis Vega in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico. She moved to the US in 1967. Ana left us on, April 21, 2023 at the age of fifty-eight (58) years old.  She lived in Camden, New Jersey.

Ana was a Christian who loved the Word of God. Feeling His presence throughout her life brought her peace and joy.

Ana Graduated Camden High School obtaining her GED.  Ana worked at the Good Will, and was in the final stage of obtaining her Home Health Aide license. With the plans to open her own Home Health Aide business.

Ana loved animals, music, good food, and laughter. She was a loving, caring person that was always smiling. Family was

always the utmost important thing in her life. She was like a knife; steel sharpens steel.  She would tell you when you you’re wrong and tell you when you’re right and tell you things to improve your life.  In her own words "Family is all you have and to cherish them and make memories with them". Her sense of humor brought you joy. Her words would give you wisdom and truth whenever she felt it was needed. She was funny and energetic. You were always drawn to her like a magnet. Ana always told the best stories about her life trials and tribulations. She brought joy and kindness into the world.  The world was better for having her in it. She was an amazing mother and grandmother.

Ana is survived by her siblings; Jose, Madeline, Eugene, Armando;  her four (4) sons William, Alexander, Ismael,

Aramis Hernandez; as well as her partner Tony; she is also survived by her seven (7) Grandchildren William, Trevon, Vladimir, Jah'cere, Kay'lani, Jo'sias, and Laylah.
