Alfred Winstead

Alfred Winstead was born in Newark, New Jersey on June 8^th, 1946 to the late Henry and Edna Winstead. Alfred departed this life on April 20^th, 2023 at home in Willingboro, NJ due to illness.

Alfred attended the Newark School System. He suffered years with Mental. In 1987, Alfred went to live with his sister Pastor Tammy Little, where he was involved in many programs that he enjoyed, Robert Wood Johnson Mental Health Day Program, Bridge mental health day program.  HE RECEIVED MANY CERTIFICATES.

Alfred always had a smile on his face no matter what he was going through.  He was the best checker player and enjoyed beating everyone who challenged him. He loved candy, toilet paper and chicken.

He was predeceased by both parents, two sisters, Irene Ringold, and Dolores Jackson: Four brothers, Donald, Henry Jr., Jackie and William Winstead. 

He leaves to mourn; one brother Arthur Winstead of Raleigh, NC; one spiritual brother and brother-in-law,

Elder R. Sterling Little. One sister Pastor Tammy Little of Willingboro, NJ; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
