Rodney Artis was born in Vineland, New Jersey on October 27th, 1964 to the late Belma Artis and Willis Scott. He departed this life on December 8th, 2021, suddenly at Einstein Medical Center.
He graduated from Vineland Senior High School. After graduation, Rodney moved to Philadelphia, New York, Georgia, Las Vegas and back to New York City. He loved traveling and pursuing his career in television and modeling. Rod worked for television stations such as CBS, Meredith, and Harry Connick Jr. Shows and worked for various modeling agencies.
One thing Rodney loved was spending time with his Waka’s, great nieces and nephews. They were his children (as he would say). He also enjoyed being able to have fun and enjoy time with his cousins and family as well as doing anything and everything his way.
